Mend Mercedes-Benz 413 CDI Sprinter Cdi Changed

water leak in engine, from unknown sorce?

I have a 413 cdi sprinter, changed intercooler and now have a water leak, cannot see where it is leaking, changed the cap and sensor no change, had it pressure tested all good but still using 1 litre of water per day

if you can`t see a leak then the engine must be using water internally.
