Mend Proline TDC6A Drum Dryer Bearing

Why is my tumble dryer drum stuck?

Power is still going to my machine, a Proline condensing TDC6A , but the drum is stuck solid and wont budge even by hand. Could this be the motor or the drum shaft and bearing?

you need to take the belt off the motor pulley, then you can determine whether its the drum or the motor thats stuck
