Mend Proline TDC6A Drum Dryer Bearing

Why is my tumble dryer drum stuck?

Power is still going to my machine, a Proline condensing TDC6A , but the drum is stuck solid and wont budge even by hand. Could this be the motor or the drum shaft and bearing?
