how to fix proline tdc75 dryer?

just replaced thermostat but still no heat

if you carefull enough you can put direct power with a lead on the element to see if that is the problem it must heat up immediatly. other than that is that you going to follow circuit to see if their is a broken circuit(wire) somwhere
