Mend Peugeot Cuts Filter Exhaust

Peugot anti-pollution fault - a solution!!?

I found a guy in Sheffield that cuts the particulate filter out of the exhaust, welds up the hole then tells the ECU it doesnt exit any more - result NO problems, just gone through the MOT and not a problem cost £350 but well worth it when those plonckers at Peugot dealerships just want to charge you £100 to tell you the fault code not actually fix it.

although many garages carry out removing p.filter it is iligal under eec law.but the british government havent made it law in this country.if do you would have to refit it from honest john DAILY TELEGRAPH.
