How do I fix the converge on my 46 big screen Philipps tv?

I'm having the exact same problem with my phillips hdtv. I even tried manually fixing the focus on the projector-lights inside the tv itself with no luck.

However, i did manage to tone down the red (theres 6-RGB turn switches inside which controls the focus/color level) which fixed things alittle but now i'm left with a blueish green tint on the screen.
