Mend Spin Load Stopped

The tub will not spin in either the wash cycle or the spin cycle?

During a load of clothes, the spin cycle just stopped. I tried to cycle it around the the spin cycle again and nothing happened. I tried to go through the wash cycle again as well and nothing happened. I can hear the motor running but the tub wont spin. Can you help?
