miele machine not taking conditioner?

there are tubes ,at the back of the draw, that can get blocked, with hard power/conditioner. ect. that has not washed away, and has went hard in the tubes, try pouring boling water into the draw part that you want to clear, but be very carefull, so pour it very slow . and with a bit of luck it will melt it, ps no flipflops on when doing this,,
