Mend Whirlpool AWZ7913 Working Telling Water

Whirlpool dryer AWZ7913 not working?

All the lights are flashing telling me to empty the water bottle, clean filter, and clean heat exchanger, also the 3 middle green lights are on, I've done all these and still won't work.......please help ....
