Mend Land Rover P38 Warning Lights Abs

warning lights abs?

the abs, brake warning light and traction control lights come on every time i start the range rover p38 2000 4ltr hse, I loose all brakes, If I switch the engine of and on a few times it normally clears it but it has stayed on before and I could not use the car.
What do I do please, any advise.
