Our Matsui CT-111SS seems to be working ok apart from that we can't open the microwave door. Can you help, please ?

This seems to be a common problem on this model. The plastic chassis behind the control panel has two lugs holding a plastic inter-connector in place, that releases the door. It is likely that the lug has broken off over time. This means when you push the door release catch nothing happens. Unless you know what you are doing I do not recommend poking around unless you know how to safely discharge the capacitor first.
