Mend Myson MPRT Thermostat Temperature Heating

Myson thermostat won't click on?

My Myson mprt thermostat batteries ran out and assumed thus was why the heating would not click on. Replaced batteries now all seems ok except the heating won't come on? The thermostat shows the temp around 19 and when requesting the high temp of 22 it won't come on?

Check the bit at the end where it says you may have to reenter all your settings if the battery has been out for too long.
