Mend Myson 2 way TRV Plumbing Heating Radiator

how do i remove the cap from a myson 2 way trv?

the myson trv on one of my radiators seems to have stuck closed as the radiator is the only one not working,i have bled the radiator, i cannot find how to remove the white cap

below the white cap there is a silver ring this is what you lossen, once the head is off you shoud see a pin sticking up if you press it down it should pop up by it self if not that is you problem, get hold of the pin with a pr grip and pul it up and down a few times till it pops up by it self.
