Mend Rover 25 Work Half Screen

How can I fix my Rover 25 wipers?

My Rover 25 car 1999 the wipers work ok but wont park properly they park half way up the screen can you help

sounds like the motor on the way out try one from scrappy or strip and clean the points me i get another one luck
