Mend Hotpoint WT940 Off Bottom

How do a get drainage cap off at the bottom of my hotpoint wt940 ?

My hotpoint wt940 washing machine is taking longer than usual in the cycle, someone told me to check the drainage cap at bottom off machine, but i cant get the cap off
