I had the same problem & was given prices that made my eyes water,when I took it for repair 2 teeth had broken on the F/N/S wheel Relucter Ring. £130 with MOT included. Improves your confidence no end when fixed.

There is a abs gear on each drive shaft if this is rusted it may have split. if it has you may get judder and your abs light will stay on. also its a new Drive shaft to fix as you cant buy seperatly. hope this helps
