Mend Hyundai 2010 Elantra Key Locks Doors

My key fob locks the doors but does not activate the horn?

Hi, I have a 2010 Hyundai Elantra. Suddenly over the weekend the key fob only half works. It locks and unlocks the dorrs, but no longer makes any noise. Do I need a new battery?
