Did thay not program for you! Isit a new remote?get it retested,1st beep is programing enabled then you should get instant beep when remote button pressed,then a 3rd beep when program time out,try again with key kept in ignition,does central locking work?if it is new remote did thay program it to your imobliser did it work at all after fixed,also try holding remote button down whilst doing program secwence,some are little testing,
