How to dismantle my Electrolux ze310 Ergospace vacuum cleaner?

Hi,

The power cord of my vacuum cleaner seems to be stuck inside the cordwinder, so I'm trying to open it and fix it. I managed to find 6 screws, but I still can't remove the upper part. I'm not sure if I just need to apply more force, or if I'm missing something.

Does anybody know the proper way to open it up? Thanks for any help.

What is the trick to remove the upper doors that cover the bag? I am not able to do so.

I removed 6 screws and tried to separate the upper part from the lower part. Now they are separated of 0.5 inch but It is stuck and I cannot put them back together !
Do you think I should try to separate them completly (taking the risk to break a plastic part) ?

Warning when you separate the top from the bottom not to damage the electric cable inside

Had the same problem, you need to remove the upper doors (covering the bag) and you are done. There are no more screws.
