Mend Electrolux EHS6610K Hob Lights L

Electrolux EHS6610K hob no heat & lights show 'L'?

All four rings on my Electrolux EHS6610K hob show an 'L' symbol when I switch the unit on. The controls do nothing else so I can't use any of the rings.

Any pointers in the right direction will be much appreciated!

might be to say its Live" try turning all the power to it off for a hour or two, to depower it, and then try it again, just make sure that the wireing going it it is fine, that the wireing in the socket/ pulg/ fues is ok ,
