Mend AEG PE8038M Hot Water Steam

No hot water, or steam?

We have an AEG coffee machine, model number PE8038M. We have plumbed it all in following the instructions, we can get coffee out. But unfortuanley there is no hot water coming out only cold. It won't make steam either to froth up your milk.
