Mend Hoover F7226-900 Remove Inside Parts

How can I remove Back from Hoover V2 Steam Vac ?

I need to remove the lower handle back piece to get at the inside parts. I removed all of the screws and released two clips at top, still will not come apart at very bottom where it moves from upright to operating position. I don't see any screws. Thank you.
