Mend Start Cleaned Plug

49cc quad cutting out?

hi there i have just brought a 49cc quad and i got it home and it is revving and then cutting out. sometimes it wont even start.
i have cleaned the spark plug and done the points, checked to make sure there is a spark and there is a spark, cleaned the fuel filter fuel pipes and fuel tank and it is running clearer.
please will someone help me.
