Mend Vauxhall Vectra 1.8 Battery Problem

why is there no life in my vectra?

Hi can someone please help me i have no life in my vectra at all no lights no charge or anything and the battery is fine with life in it. Can someone please surggest what else it could be? Its a 04 1.8 model.
