how can I fix my kangoo key?

You have to have it tuned to the vehicle ecu. There is a micro chip in the key that is read by the engine ecu to allow the vehicle to start. Try contacting a vehicle auto lock smith or an auto diaganostic electrician to see if they are able to check the transponder in the key is working correctly. If you have no one able to do it then it is off to the main dealers.
