Mend fdw60 Dishwasher No Water Pump

no water?

dishwasher aquarius fdw60. been puttin it on eco wash its turnin on and settin. its pumpin water out thats not there and then nothin the 45 wash an eco lights r flashin but its not fillin up. help. please.
