My Tv screen shows green red and blue seperately in a slideshow format?

I turned on my tv and discovered that the standby light on the tv would disappear after 2 seconds. You can still turn the tv on though. When i do the tv shows a complete blue screen but then changes to a complete green screen then changes again to a complete red screen then back to blue. This is done in a slideshow type movement. There is no sound or faded picture on screen. The tv is about 2 and a half years old and the designer is Onn.
