how to fix samsung tx-t2782 lines?

my tv recently developed red green and blue lines. they started at the top of the screen and have slowly moved lower. theryre about a quarter down the screen now and it looks like white lines are developing above them. ive taken it apart and looked at the mother board and the only thing i gan see is a resister that looks like its a little burned.

hey samsung voc team... maybe you could leave a direct e-mail considering your website dosent even acknoledge that it makes the tx-t2782 and the last time i talked to a tech from samsung they told me i would have to have it sent to samsung and they couldnt even give me a schematic. oh and i would have to pay for it all myself. why else would i be creating a thread about the problem im having? thats pretty crapy considering i paid almost $300 on a CRT tv, the most basic television out there and it breaks down 3 times within 4 years. c'mon guys my daughters $80 tv is 15 years old and still works the same as the day i bought it. guess samsung isnt as good at making televisions as they are at ripping off there consumers.
