Mend Indesit IS70C Started Trip Times

Indesit IS70C condensate dryer?

The dryer started to trip then after a few times of normal operation the clothes were not drying.There is no water in the water container but have water on the floor under the dryer. The external plastic and rubber pipes at the back are attached.
