hoover ac110 wont wash when full?

hi my machine wont wash or spin when full checked the belt is on thats fine i have put new brushes in motor once machine is empty drum turns fine can anyone help please thanks

hi some of these pcb controlled washers can sense when the belt has streched and will slip during the wash so when you put clothes in no drum drive try a new belt or see if theres some movement in the motor to take up slack
