how do i fix my medion md30112 tv?

The tv gives 5 rapid red light blinks, folloewd by 1 prolonged green light blink at which point the middle of the screen flickers momentarily, then the same process again, can this problem be rectified if a new psu is fitted, and could anyone tell me specifically exactly what part is needed please.
