Toshiba 51H94 wont power. The light blinks green 3 times/sec?

Hi, I’m having a problem with my TV and wanted to see if you could make any suggestions on what may be going on and what I should do next? Trying to figure out if its worth fixing. I like the set.

Problem:
• The next day, TV would not power on.
• When depressed, the power light does not turn red.
• The power light blinks green 3 times every 3 seconds, approximately.
• I have tried the reset button, to no avail.
• I have unplugged the power, flipped the circuit off on the breaker box, etc.

Requests:

1. The user guide says the blinking lights indicate the fan to the cable card fan is not turning on … is this likely the problem, or could it be something else?
2. Any other suggestions you have to resolve this problem?
3. If we must service it, do you know of any Toshiba service providers in our area that makes house calls? I'm in Raleigh, NC

• Purchased in 2004
• Recently connected a Windows Media Center and were playing music and slideshows of pictures stored on a computer.
