How can i fix the smart drive 601?

Whenit goes to rinse it beeps.Maybe something stuck in pump.How can i access to that area.

When it beeps there will be an error code displayed with a series of lights on along the top row. Count from left to right and tell us which lights are on and which are off. Then we can tell you if it is a pump problem or not.
