how to remove seat on a sukida sk125-5 57 reg?

hi been having some problems with my sukida sk125-5 somehow sucking water into the air filter housing but am thinking it may be cracked from above but cannot see how to remove the seat. and also may need to remove the fuel tank to get a proper look at the carb
