Mend Vauxhall Engine Heater Cold

Frontera fan?

Vauxhall frontera 3dr sport, 2.2 The fan kicks in when driving along at any speed and distance and then keeps running after the engine has been turned off. The heater only blows cold. Oil and water are up to the right level...How can i fix this?
