Vauxhall Corsa 1.7 Diesel W reg, Im losing water from my engine, but its leaking into the footwells, im still getting hot and cold from the heater, but the temp keeps rising due to the loss of the water to the radiator.

Ive just had a clutch put on my peugeout 206 and took it home and now the oil light has come on and a STOP light and its bleeping , mostly when I go to break, ive checked oil and break fluid , ive put anti freeze in..... could the mechanic have knocked a sensor off or something thanks heather
