How can i fix my Samsung rl33 cool n cool?

I have has this fridge freezer for 6 years and a couple of days ago it starting making a slight (clicking noise) and then 4 lights at the top come on and started flashed (2 to 5) I switched it off for ten minutes, but when turned back on immediatly the noise started and then flashing lights. It has now also started to freeze the items in the fridge. Can you please help?
