Water keeps collecting on floor of Philips Whirlpool fridge [fridge/freezer model ARC 5570]. What is the solution please?

Clear the drain. drain from under the evaporator coils in fridge, go out to a trough on top of compressor, Pipe or opening blocked, so water goes inside instead of out drain, If you cannot see from insdie look in back, pipe that goes int trough, poke a wire or something up to clear.
