Mend Power Avail Problem

No power?

My shredder doesn't come on at all.. I tried different outlets but to no avail no power.. Could it be the fuse our something else. Has anybody else have this problem and fixed it?

When I plug it up, I turn on the switch on the top of the machine and the switch in the back of the machine. I opened the top and checked the fuse and it seems to be intact. The model is spl 1506x from staples..

depending on the model there is one on the main feed line and sometimes one on the control board as well
