How can I fix my Kenmore 80 series dryer?

My dryer comes on and heats however, it's not turning/spinning. Could it be the fuse?

check the belt inside that goes from the motor and around the drum to see if it is loose or off.also check pullies to see if any are seized.check nylon on front off drum to see if it is worn.or it could also need a new motor.
