Mend Cleaning Filter Ideas

cleaning the filter?

I've unscrewed the filter as far as I can but it won't pull out!!! Any ideas please

if you haven't taken it out regular it is probably stuck with gunk!
you have to wiggle it and hope it comes out.sometimes you break them trying to remove them unfortunately
