if you haven't taken it out regular it is probably stuck with gunk!
you have to wiggle it and hope it comes out.sometimes you break them trying to remove them unfortunately

Nope, as you failed to let us in on what you're on about. Unfortunately, the crystal ball has gone in for a major service and overhaul as it's worn out tying to second guess questions such as yours. It won't be back untill Easter, so we can't help until then.
