how can i get my heating working again he plus 31c?

i had my boiler fitted 15 mths ago with grant and it keeps breaking down. at mo ive got hot water but no heating. tthe timer has never worked on it even though a ferroila engineer sorted that. i really dnt know wat to do as get no help when u phone customer services

the pressure is k i checked that first. i used to get alot of problems with the pressure but it settle down. it just over past week heating been playing up. what shood i do ive had it serviced in oct so warrenty still covers
