how can i fix a burnt comppasitor on a gentouch augen tablet?

If the capacitor is " BULGED" on the top surface / or leaked then de-solder the component, & replace with same value. Caution: Fix the new one in correct polarity. ( - ve has got a strip of line ).should match the same in PCB.

What make you think that you have a burnt capacitor? Normaly, capacitors don't burn, in fact, they can't burn under normal conditions. Any event that would actualy burn a capacitor would also destroy any neibouring circuits.
They can leak if they are electrolythic capacitors.

Anyway, you need to open the case, locate the faulty capacitor, un-weld it with an un-welding pump, get a replacement with the same characteristics and weld it in place.
