Mend Zanussi ZDW9200 Dishwasher Repair

How can I fix my Zanussi dishwasher?

My dishwasher is still working but is making a loud noise from behind the control panel. This starts from the time it is switched on until the end of the program. Can anything be done to fix it?

The model is a DA6152 its a number of years old but always worked really well.
