I have had the above for 5 years and the water is not heating. I have checked the heating element, seems to be working, now removed the circuit board. I am no electrician but everything seems to be fine. Does anybody know what i am looking for? What is the location of the temperature sensor switch?
take the pcb out of the white plastic holder and you will probably find the heater relay track on the pcb has fused/blown.resoldering it will repair it
