GE washing machine won't agitate or spin (model wjsr4160g1ww). made 11/07?

Hi. I have a washer that was working fine. It was used one year, then store in my garage for 1 1/2 years and moved to a new house. I started it up and now it doesn't agitate or spin! It will drain though. I tried unplugging it, waiting a minute, and plugging in. Plus tried doing that and lifting and closing the lid 6 times (also tried doing it 10 times). Nothing! Does anybody know whats going on? Thanks
