Mend Biasi 24S Boiler Central Heating Water Loss

biasi 24s loses water?

hi, my biasi 24s, set at 1bar pressure,loses water through the outlet pipe on c.h. the pressure rises to nearly 4bar, then when i stop the c.h. it will drop down to 0bar, but i can still get c.h & d.h.w.
any ideas please.
