Mend Ravenheat Boiler Heating Vibrating Noise

Ravenheat boiler?

Hi I have a ravenheat boiler which is making a loud vibrating noise when it reaches temperature on the central heating side and seemes to be surging. It does not shut down unless the water is turned on. It will fire up again and do exctly the same after a few minutes.
I have cleaned it out and made sure thatre are no loose components. Now at a loss. any help appreciated

i have resolved the vibration problem by slightly adjusting the throttle on the gas valve but the unit still wont switch off when the rads reach their desired temp. it runs them as hot as possible. if the water is switched on it will stop the CH and then it will kick in agian. otherwise it only stops when the timer goes off. any suggestions
