Glow worm Fuelsaver F - switches off!?

I have had the same problem with my boiler, two heating engineers have been around. One said its had it and the other got the boiler to run until it switched on in the morning then went out again. What i can see is that the pilot flame is warming the thermocouple until the gas is switched on, then the flame flickers (as if it was windy but it was`nt) the flame stops warming the thermocouple and they turn from glowing red to black, then the boiler switches off. Anyone have any ideas? I am reluctant to install a new boiler because i am having an extension built in 12 months and have a all dancing combi fitted, so the next question is does anyone now if you can get a reconditioned boiler to replace my not so Glow worm piece of SH**.

I've had the same problem with my fuelsaver f boiler, I replaced the pump but still having the same problem. Mine go's off after about 1 minute of operation. I know it's over heating but I can't understand why. It was working fine and suddenly developed this fault during operation.

could be pump may be heating hot water circs then knocking off give it a tap with a screw driver
