Mend Glowworm 24ci Central Heating Set

Glow worm 24ci - Central Heating Temperature Selector?

No matter what setting the Central Heating Temperature Selector is set to, the boiler runs continuously at the one temperature. We do not have an external thermostat. Is this a fault? If so, how is it rectified? Any help gratefully received. Thank you.

your hot water flow switch may be stuck on, this would stop the boiler at 60 deg c. also if you have recently had a circuit board fitted then the test plug may still be attached.
