How can I fix the communication of siemens thermostat and sime boiler?

Whenever I pair my siemens wireless thermostat and receiver the communication sends my sime boiler into error. I then have to reset the boiler and have no communication again! So my boiler is either on full blast or I turn it off at the wall :(
